=Before Your Computer Ships…=
Our computers are built to order. Unlike many retailers, we never use refurbished, open-box, or otherwise less-than-new parts. No exceptions. Every part of your computer, from the screws and connectors to the motherboard and chassis, is brand new from the factory to ensure the full manufacturer guarantee. When we build your computer, we provide full-service software installation and testing, including:
-Operating System Installation
-Installation of all device driver CDs and applicable utilities
-Installation of freeware software if requested (see below)
-Online updates of drivers and firmware if necessary
-Complete stress testing to ensure full hardware stability and adequate thermal management
Prior to building your computer, the boxed components are photographed. After assembly, your computer is again photographed. Upon shipping, your packaged computer is photographed, and a tracking number is provided to you. These photos can be provided to you upon request, as well as additional personalized photos if specified. We take these measures to give our customers peace of mind about the authenticity of their purchase and simultaneously secure our business in preventing theft and fraudulent chargebacks. We provide all evidence of shipping and fulfillment to our merchant accounts, auction sites, banks, and, if necessary, applicable law enforcement.
===Shipping===
Because we aim to keep overhead costs down, and because we offer every customer the option to completely customize their systems upon the initial purchase, computers are assembled new when they are ordered. As a result, orders typically ship 5–7 business days after payment. As many of our local customers say, it’s worth the wait.
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground in the U.S. at no additional cost. Expedited shipping is available at customer’s expense. All shipments are insured for the amount paid for the computer, and a signature is required upon delivery. For damaged or otherwise problematic shipments, the recipient is responsible for reporting the damage to the courier and providing the report to us. It is important to report this damage prior to signing and authorizing the release of the package from the courier. We will then continue the claims process as appropriate and arrange for a replacement.
We do not accept payment from or ship to any person or entity outside the United States and Canada (additional shipping charges may apply). No exceptions.
===Warranty/Returns===
Because we provide custom systems with low overhead, all sales are final. Every computer carries a non-transferable 1-year parts and labor warranty. In the event a component purchased from us fails, or the computer experiences any hardware problems within one year from the date of purchase, we will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and/or replace components as appropriate at no cost to the customer. Warranty service type will be determined at our discretion with the guarantee that all warranted issues will be resolved at no monetary cost to the customer.
Warranty service types include, but are not limited to:
- Direct e-mail correspondence
- Support over the phone
- Direct replacement of components by mail
- Direct service/replacement of entire PC by mail
- On-site support (if local)
Items not under warranty include but are not limited to the following:
- Accidental damage, loss, or theft
- Misuse or mishandling, including botched repairs by individuals or other businesses
- Unprotected power surges
- Added hardware not purchased from us
- Modifications to existing hardware, including overclocking outside manufacturer specs
- Virus or malware issues (we will, at our discretion, attempt to resolve these issues but are under no obligation to provide such support under warranty).
- Hard Drive Data Loss (Only the hard drive itself is covered)
- Cosmetic damage not immediately reported through courier insurance claim

All major credit cards gladly accepted via Google Checkout. In addition, we accept money orders and personal checks (additional time required to clear).

Unless otherwise specified, your computer will arrive with the following software installed:
- Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
- All applicable device drivers and OEM utilities
- At no additional charge, customers may request that we install other specified freeware software (i.e. software available legally online for free).
Unlike retailers, we only want you to have the software you’ll use, not a bunch of adware and useless tools that clutter your system before you even turn it on.
